Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times: All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment method: USPS standard, UPS, DHL, FedEx, local courier within 10 Days in United Kingdom, 30 Days for international and European delivery. Delivery rate vary depending on your location.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Nakedbeatz Music ships to addresses within the U.K., EUR, U.S. Territories addresses.

International Shipping Policy

We currently offer international shipping to UK, EUROPE AND USA. Shipping rates and charges may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nakedbeatz Music is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nakedbeatz Music is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Nakedbeatz Music is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
