Undersound is back again with a new drum & bass EP entitled '#QuantumEntanglement,' returning quickly from his last EP project ‘#Memoirs’ released on #NexGen back in September.
Title track '#QuantumEntanglement' is a thought-provoking piece of intelligent drum & bass that takes you on a deep journey into a musical emulation of quantum mechanics. Light "#steppy" drums intertwine with various uplifting instrumental combinations, deep basslines, and the soothing spoken words of #ReubenJackson with background vocal harmonies of Undersound himself.
'#TheRiverBetweenUs' and '#WindsOnSaturn' both feature highly meditative musical scores containing deep instrumental arrangements that evoke mindfulness and relaxation — but also deliver dance floor business, with crisp rolling drums and the distinct sound of double bass that bring high-energy to their respective grooves.
'#TheHide' is a "sleazy" liquid drum & bass roller that takes you into an imaginary backroom of a smoke-filled 1920's speakeasy where the real fun and games occur. Double bass is also a main feature along with bluesy horns, piano riffs and other musical elements that give this piece a distinctly "seedy" and highly-enjoyable vibe.
